FAQs

1)      How long is the online class? Between 4 and 4.5 hours.

2)      How do I know if I’m eligible to take the class? For ticket dismissal, you are eligible 12 months after the violation date of a citation for which you previously took a ticket dismissal class.

3)      Can I use my credit card or debit card? Yes. After we send review your documents, we will send you an e-mail indicating that you can login, pay for the course and begin.

4)      How much does the online class cost? That depends on the court that issued the ticket. You can find out the cost of your course on our home page using the court cost calculator located in the right sidebar.

5)      What do I have to do after I complete the class? We will notify the court of your completion. But the class only applies to ONE violation. If you have more than one violation on your ticket, you must satisfy all of the remaining violations with the court.

6)      What if my photo radar ticket isn’t in my name? Complete the “Declaration of Non-Driver” page and send it to the court. You may need to contact the court to confirm you are no longer responsible for the ticket.

7)      Can I take the class if I don’t have a ticket? Yes, it is a great class to enhance your knowledge and defensive driving skills. Teenage drivers, senior drivers and anyone who hasn’t had any training in the last 5 years are all drivers that can benefit from our class.

8)      Can I take the class if I was involved in an accident? You are not eligible if there was a serious injury or a fatality in an accident for which you were cited.

9)      Do I need to notify the court? No, if your citation is from Arizona we will notify the court you completed a ticket dismissal class for the one citation eligible for dismissal. However, you must notify the court when the court is outside of Arizona.
