Privacy

We understand that your information is very valuable to you and you can rest assured that we do not share any of your information with anyone outside of the court system. You will receive emails from us during and following completion of of your course. If at any time you would like to stop receiving emails, please call our office.

Refunds

Our school fee is non-refundable. Refunds of state and local court fees are determined by their individual refund policies. There are no refunds of school or state fees if you fail the “course participation” test or do not complete the class. If you fail the test on your first attempt and you have enough time left before your 7 day expiration date, you will have one more chance to take the entire course again and pass free of charge. You have NOT completed the course until you have completed the online curriculum along with the simple online test for the “course participation images” at the end of the course.
